A behaviour modification model designed to train mentors in understanding the theory and practice of youth development through mentoring.
These mentors will support the Abyssinia a Journey of Change model whereby University Students will mentor Form Six students who will in turn mentor Form One Students in a Youth-Peer mentorship culture within transition programmes.
